This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds or cancellations of our coaching services and yoga programs.   1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

2.1 Services Covered

This policy applies to all coaching and yoga services, including:

  • Career and life coaching sessions
  • Yoga classes and retreats (virtual and in-person)
  • Group coaching programs and workshops
  • Any other related services.

2.2 General Conditions

  • Refunds or returns are only applicable for services that have not yet been delivered or commenced.
  • Refunds are not available for completed sessions or partially attended programs.
  • Certain group programs or retreats may have specific cancellation policies that override this general policy and will be communicated at the time of booking.

  1. Refund Process and Conditions

3.1 Coaching Sessions

  • Cancellation: Individual coaching sessions must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time to qualify for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made within 48 hours or missed sessions are non-refundable.

3.2 Yoga Classes and Programs

  • Single Classes: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Multi-Class Packages: Refunds for unused classes are available within 14 days of purchase, provided no classes have been attended.

3.3 Retreats and Workshops

  • Cancellations for retreats and workshops must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled start date to qualify for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days are subject to a 50% refund, unless otherwise specified in the retreat-specific terms.
  • No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

  2. Processing Time: We aim to process refund requests within 7 business days of receiving your request.
  3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  1. Additional Fees or Costs
  • Any transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.
  • Clients are responsible for any additional bank or transaction charges incurred during the refund process.

  1. Exceptions and Special Cases
  • Force Majeure Events: Refunds may not be issued for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Promotional Offers: Services purchased during special promotions or with discount codes may not be eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated.
